Amuse Bouche – Chicharrones
Homemade rosemary focaccia, our own butter and Somerset rapeseed oil
Cauliflower soup, parmesan croquette with parmesan crisp
Home cured Cornish mackerel, sweet pickled shallots and sea herbs
Duck breast, pommes Anna, borlotti beans and garlic puree
Chocolate and hazelnut fondant, salted caramel ice cream
The evening costs £60 per person. We request a £20 deposit per person to secure a place.
Our Fine Wine Dinner will be held on Friday, February 9 at 7.30pm for 8pm.
