Vegan, gluten-free & veggie dishes on our Christmas party menu

If you’re looking for a venue for a works Christmas party that accommodates vegans, vegetarians and those who require gluten-free dishes, then book-up with us this year.

We’ve officially launched our 2018 festive party menu and are now taking bookings for lunches and dinners for December 1 and beyond.

Our Christmas Party Menu is focused wherever possible on Westcountry-sourced ingredients and we make every dish on-site too. To add to this, we’ve included some vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options this year to ensure all our guests are catered for.

Starters include smoked salmon with a clementine dressing and caper-berries served with a homemade sourdough bread, an Atlantic prawn cocktail with sourdough, a vegan chargrilled vegetable terrine with a homemade pesto and crostini and a chicken liver and wild mushroom terrine with a homemade chutney.

We’ve got roast breast of British free-range turkey with all the trimmings on the menu to please the traditionalists, but we also do a roasted, stuffed cauliflower with sautéed cavolo Nero and crispy kale, which is suitable for vegans, a four-hour slow-cooked blade of beef, horseradish mash and seasonal vegetables or a poached salmon with spinach, braised puy lentils and parmentier potatoes.

The puds on offer include a Christmas pudding with orange and brandy sauce, a milk chocolate and hazelnut parfait with an orange caramel sauce and a hazelnut brittle and a raspberry sorbet. So, there’s something to please most palates.

Our Christmas Party Menu, which is available at lunchtime and in the evenings too, costs £25 per person for a three-course meal or £20 for two courses. Details can be found here.
